development, management, administration, legal issues, accounting, financing and the technical aspects
of business. An advisor assigned to each zone makes regularly-scheduled consulting visits to each of the enterprises.

The three main objectives of the credit program are assisting with financial support for the
expansion of the business, the purchasing of office equipment and supplies as well as loans
dedicated solely to the improvement of living conditions in the homes and apartments.
